I have the code, but I cannot open my Keysafe (Standard Range only)

Please press down the clear button and release

Now enter your code ensuring that you press each button in your code firmly until you hear or feel a click

Press and hold down the OPEN button, keep holding the OPEN button down while you remove the lid from the vault.

 

This should open your key safe. If it does not, please complete the following steps:


Please press down and then release the clear button again

Press every button on the keypad firmly


If all the buttons click, this could indicate that the code you are using is incorrect. 

“When was the last time you opened the key safe using your code? Is it possible that someone may have changed the code since?”


If some of the buttons do not click, then the mechanism may be broken.
