I have the code, but cannot open my Keysafe (Ark Tamo only)

Turn the ‘OPEN’ dial anti-clockwise once, 360 degrees. (This is a complete turn so it ends up back in the original position).

 

Press down on the ‘CLEAR’ button and release (Located in the middle of the numbered buttons).

 

Enter your code ensuring that you press each button firmly so that you hear or feel a click

 

Turn the ‘OPEN’ dial clockwise 180 degrees

 

This should unlock and open your key safe

 

If the ‘OPEN’ dial gets stuck in the 6 o’clock position, this would indicate that the  code is not correct.

 

If some of the buttons do not engage, then the mechanism may be broken.

 

If this still hasn’t worked, have a think about:


How long has it been since you have used the Keysafe?

Is it possible someone may have changed the code in the meantime?
