The open dial just keeps turning, what do I do? - Police Preferred Range

Modified on Fri, 6 Dec at 10:08 AM

The design of our key safes means it does allow the open dial to turn, even without inputting a code. However, if it turns without unlocking after you have entered your code it means the code you have inputted may be incorrect.

The heavy-duty locking mechanism uses a long-travel bolt that locks the triple walls together making it extremely pry-resistant. A clutch mechanism prevents the handle from being forced open.

If the Keysafe is locked and the handle is turned forcefully, the handle slips and turns easily without opening.

Just turn the handle back to the closed position until it clicks to re-latch the handle.
