If you cannot hear a click after pressing a button, you may need to press harder or if that isn’t working it could be that you have pressed the same number or letter more than once.
You can’t use any number or letter more than once in your code.
If that doesn’t work, try pulling down the ‘CLEAR’ button and starting again. If the code you are trying to enter contains the same number or letter more than once, you have the incorrect code.
If you have the right code and you have pressed the buttons and they are still not clicking, check that the Keysafe is in the locked position, the buttons will be solid if in the unlocked position. Turn the open dial anti-clockwise so the arrow is pointing to your right and the word ‘Open’ is reading the right way round.

If that doesn’t work, try pulling down the ‘CLEAR’ button and starting again. If the code you are trying to enter contains the same number more than 4 times, you have the incorrect code.
If you have the right code and you have pressed the buttons and they are still not clicking, check that the Keysafe is in the locked position, the buttons will be solid if in the unlocked position. Turn the open dial anti-clockwise so the arrow is facing to the locked padlock symbol.
