Illumination Module
Both ark Tamo and ark Tamo Pro key safes are equipped with integrated illumination modules powered by a cell battery. The battery is designed to last up to 5 years with normal use (up to 4 times per day). However, with more frequent use, the battery life may be slightly shorter. While the mechanical parts of the key safes are covered by a 5-year warranty (upon successful product registration), the illumination modules are covered for 2 years.
To activate the lights, pull down and release the clear/reset button in the middle of the key safe.
Should you experience any issues with the illumination module, please contact our customer service team on 0330 363 0303 or email us at hello@keysafe.co.uk
However, rest assured that the key safe will remain secure, and it will still function correctly. The illumination module only powers the lights, the key safe is mechanical and will continue to operate even when the battery dies.
