Illumination Module
Both Ark Tamo and Ark Tamo Pro are equipped with integrated illumination modules powered by a cell battery. The battery is designed to last up to 5 years with normal use (up to 4 times per day). However, with more frequent use, the battery life may be slightly shorter. While the mechanical parts of the key safes are covered by a 5-year warranty (upon registration), the illumination modules are covered for 2 years.

Instructions of replacing the illumination module
1. Open the weather cover and safe.
2. Remove the screw securing the illumination module (see Image 16).
3. Remove the code cover.
4. Remove the old illumination module.
5. Place the new illumination module over the four retaining lugs.
6. Replace the code cover.
7. Replace the screw of the illumination module.
8. Close the lid and weather cover
