My relative has passed away but hasn’t left the code, what can I do?

Unfortunately, we don’t hold any codes for keysafes here. As a main supplier, all units leave us uncoded.  Additionally, being a security item, they are not allowed to have any master/reset code facility.

If your relative was in receipt of care, there is a possibility that the company/local authority behind this will have taken note of the code last used in the keysafe. We would advise reaching out to them.

You may also wish to check in with neighbours to see if they were made aware of any codes for this unit.

If the above is not successful, this means you will not be able to make use of this keysafe I’m afraid. The removal of a locked keysafe would need to be performed by someone with cutting equipment (local handyman will be your best bet).
