There is no master code for key safes sold by The Key Safe Company and we do not keep a record of codes.
As a main supplier, all units leave us un-coded and the owner of the key safe sets their own code. Additionally, being a security item, they do not have any master/reset code facility.
If you have recently moved into a property and the previous occupier did not pass on the key safe code it may be worth checking with your local authority to see if they installed the device and have a record of the code, particularly if the previous occupant was a Telecare or Domiciliary Care customer.
You may also wish to check in with neighbours to see if they were made aware of any codes for this unit.
If the above is not successful, this means you will not be able to make use of this key safe I’m afraid. The removal of a locked key safe would need to be performed by someone with cutting equipment (local handyperson or locksmiths will be your best bet).
We would advise against trying to prise the unit from the wall as it may cause damage to any brickwork/concrete.
