Installation day: What do I need to do?

Your keysafe will have arrived in the post and your installer will have been in touch to arrange a convenient appointment.

 

Before the installer arrives, it is a good idea to think about where you want your keysafe to be installed.  For guidance on this please review the article here.

 

Please also think about what code you would like to set for your device.  For advice, please review the article here.

 

When the installer arrives, there should be no need for them to enter your home or premises.  Please hand over the keysafe to the installer.  They will check the device is functioning correctly and ask you what code you want to set and where you would like the keysafe installed.

 

After installation the installer will check you are satisfied that the device is working correctly and take a picture of the device in its location for our quality records.

 

That's it! There is no need to pay or tip the installer.
