How soon will I get my key safe after ordering online?

We have different delivery options available.

Option 1 - Next working day delivery costing £4.99.

If you have chosen and paid for next working day delivery and your order has been placed online before 3 pm (Monday – Friday), it will be with you the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Our chosen courier service is DPD and they usually deliver between 8am and 6pm.

If you provide us with an email address or mobile number, DPD will contact you with a specific time slot on the day of your delivery. You will also have the option to amend aspects of your delivery with DPD such as instructions to leave with a neighbour or deliver to a local collection point.

Option 2 - Free delivery (2-4 working days, orders over £30)

If you select our free delivery option, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days.

We also use DPD for our courier service for these deliveries so you will still be able to get a text or email from them with a specific time slot on the day of your delivery if you have provided and email address or a mobile number.

Option 3 - Deliveries on orders where the value is under £30

Orders below £30 are usually for accessories such as extra fitting kits or new weather covers. There is no free delivery option for these orders.

These orders are sent out using Royal Mail and a nominal fee of £4.00 is charged to cover the carriage.

Please note, there may be some exceptions to the above delivery options due to some remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands having a longer delivery time. Delivery to Northern Ireland also takes a couple of days longer.
