What is the warranty on eSafe?

The warranty on the eSafe is 12 months.

ESAFE DEFECTS AND GUARANTEE

1. The eSafe is guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Guarantees do not cover batteries of any type used in connection with the products supplied.

 2. Claims for faulty materials or workmanship will not be accepted if modifications or repairs have been effected by a third party.

3. Faulty Products should be notified to The Key Safe Company immediately with a description of the fault. If the fault cannot be resolved by customer support, in order to receive a replacement product the customer must return the original product first, along with contact and purchase details, details of how to return products will be provided when fault is first notified.

4. The defects and guarantee above do not affect consumer statutory rights under which customers have 28 days to return a product under the Key Safe Company 'No Quibble' returns policy. Goods returned must be in original packaging and in good working order and return shipments should be made using a trackable courier.

  5. The Key Safe Company will usually refund any money using the same method originally used for the purchase.
